# TeaChat

> TeaChat is one app that replaces Slack + Trello for small teams (2–100 people): real-time team chat, DMs, and drag-and-drop kanban boards in the same sidebar. Free forever for teams up to 10. Paid plans are a flat monthly fee — about $0.80 per user per month, roughly 16× cheaper than running Slack Pro ($7.25/user/mo) and Trello Premium ($6/user/mo) together.

TeaChat is built for small teams, not enterprise. It runs on web (offline-capable PWA), native iOS, and native Android — same workspace, same data, real-time across all three.

- Pro: $19.99/month (or $199/year) — up to 25 members, unlimited boards, 25 GB storage, synced labels, priority email support.
- Studio (Business): $79.99/month (or $799/year) — up to 100 members, 100 GB storage, priority email + chat support, direct line to the founder.
- Teams over 100: custom plan via support@teachat.io.
- Example: a 12-person team pays $19.99/mo on TeaChat vs. ~$159/mo for Slack Pro + Trello Premium (saving ~$1,668/year).
- Cancel anytime from inside the app; access continues until the period ends. No fees or penalties.

## Privacy & security

- Data is stored on Supabase (Postgres + storage), HTTPS everywhere, row-level security isolating each workspace.
- No analytics tracking of user behavior. No AI training on user messages.
- One-tap account deletion in-app (Settings → Profile → Delete account): messages anonymized, attachments purged, auth identity wiped.
